1. Quotation & Payment

• All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.
• Full payment (100%) is required upon order confirmation before production can begin.
• Payment methods include bank transfer, cheque, or other methods agreed upon in writing.

2. Production Time

• Printing and production time will vary depending on project scope, and an estimated completion time will be provided upon order confirmation.
• Urgent orders may incur additional charges depending on the schedule.

3. Design & Artwork

• Final artwork must be provided in high-resolution, print-ready formats (e.g., PDF, AI, PSD).
• Design services are available and will be charged separately.
• Customers are responsible for proofreading and confirming all artwork. No changes are allowed once printing/production has started.

4. Installation Services

• Installation services are available upon customer request and will be stated in the quotation.
• Customers must ensure the installation site is ready before the agreed date. Additional charges will apply for delays, cancellations, or reinstallation.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• Payments are non-refundable upon confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any refund or discount must be approved by management and will be processed within 14 working days.

6. Liability & Warranty

• All products are inspected before delivery. We are not responsible for damages caused during third-party transport if not handled by our team.
• Slight color differences between digital mockups and final products are considered acceptable within industry standards.
• We provide a 7-day warranty for manufacturing defects, excluding human damage, weather effects, or normal wear and tear.

7. Ownership & Copyright

• All original artwork belongs to the customer unless designed by One Dragon Inkjet Solution Sdn Bhd.
• Unless the customer explicitly objects, we reserve the right to use photos of completed projects for marketing purposes.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or material shortages.
